Impressed with Pierside Plumbing. Had them remove a hot water dispenser, put in a push button garbage disposal and run water for a new refrigerators ice machine. Work was completed as requested. They found and informed me of a huge leak under my neighbors condo and took pictures so I could pass on the information. Care they showed was incredible. They used thick moving blankets to protect my floors and cabinets, did an amazing job of cleanup and even installed non slip cabinet shelf liner at no charge. What a nice touch! I wrote a 5 star review previously based on my experiences with Henry going back a few years. I was very pleased with the service provided at that time. My shower drain was clogged and Henry cleared it quickly. The pipes under my kitchen sink leaked, Henry to the rescue. Prices weren't cheap but they were fair. In the last 12 months I've had another shower drain stoppage, a leaky faucet and a valve replacement in my shower. Each time the cost was significantly higher than in the past and although I know costs are higher I feel like I was taken advantage of. Never the same tech twice and each time the tech tried to upsell me additional plumbing. For example I think $275 for a simple shower snaking that took minutes is high. Anyway loved Henry but if this is Pierside's pricing I have to go elsewhere.

Responsive, polite, fair pricing, and professional plumbing solution. Our termite inspection revealed a leaking toilet through the subfloor into the crawl space. Pierside came out end of that same day to assess and quote. Monday work was completed. New toilet ring seal, new toilet, subfloor inspected, drain line camera scoped. We are "good to go." $350
